Virtual Card is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to capture event attendee contact information in real time. With just a few simple steps, you can scan the attendees QR codes with the evenTwo App and stored that data directly to your device contacts for easy future access.

Once inside the application, look for the section called Virtual Card and select it.

To get the contact information, it is necessary to scan the QR code of the other attendee.

Ready! The file with the assistant's personal data will appear on the screen of your phone.

Integration with evenTwo Access:

In evenTwo Access you can manage the entire registration of your event or import a database with all the fields you need for each attendee, such as their name, surname, telephone number, email address, company name, position, etc 
Once you have uploaded the database in evenTwo Access, you will be able to generate the QR code of each attendee and easily scan it with the App.
